CABLEready Scores Latin American Agreements

CABLEready has licensed a range of factual series to Latin American broadcasters, including Discovery, ahead of NATPE.

Turner Latin America has gained pre-sale rights to air STUNT STARS, which is still in production. The 10 one-hour episodes follow stuntmen as they risk their life and limb.

Meanwhile, Infinito has picked up WORLD OF WEALTH, which paints a picture of privilege through interviews with leading newsmakers, personalities and business visionaries. Infinito has also picked up KARMA TREKKERS, which crisscrosses the globe on a journey of self-discovery.

Lastly, Discovery Latin America has renewed its rights to broadcast MATERNITY WARD, which tells character-driven stories of the ongoing struggle to deliver healthy newborn babies.

These deals further extend the long-standing presence of CABLEready in the Latin American television marketplace,_said Sabrina Toledo, CABLEready’s VP of sales and marketing.
